Customer Complaint Process

ABC Home Medical Supply, Inc. is committed to providing our customers with an ability to voice grievances, recommend changes in policies and services, or voice compliments.

We encourage you to share any concerns, complaints, or compliments by choosing one of the following options:

Upon receiving a complaint, ABC Home Medical Supply, Inc. will act to resolve your concern. If necessary, our agents will act to escalate the concern to our Customer Engagement Team. If that escalation becomes necessary, the Customer Engagement Team will acknowledge your complaint within (5) calendar days and send you a written response within fourteen (14) calendar days. In addition to the above, the following avenues are available to you if you have any concerns or complaints:

We provide our services and products to individuals with a spinal cord injury, spina bifida, bladder exstrophy, or anyone that has a neurogenic bladder or bowel. Additionally, we serve individuals that have had any type of ostomy surgery. Call one of our customer advocates now at (855) 207-1352 for a personal consultation on your health condition. We will verify your insurance coverage, contact your health care provider to obtain authorization (prescription) for your supplies and send a 30 or 90-day order depending on your request and/or the requirements established by your insurance.
