Upon receiving a complaint, ABC Home Medical Supply, Inc. will act to resolve your concern. If necessary, our agents will act to escalate the concern to our Customer Engagement Team. If that escalation becomes necessary, the Customer Engagement Team will acknowledge your complaint within (5) calendar days and send you a written response within fourteen (14) calendar days. In addition to the above, the following avenues are available to you if you have any concerns or complaints:
