Defective, Missing, Unsuitable, or Incorrect Items
Immediately upon receipt, the customer should inspect the shipment to ensure the contents match the packing slip. If the customer believes any product from the shipment is defective, missing, unsuitable, or an incorrect item, the customer must contact ABC Home Medical Supply, Inc. within 5 business days of receipt of the product to initiate a return and be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once the RMA is issued, ABC Home Medical Supply, Inc. will work with a third-party delivery service to issue a pick-up or will provide the customer with a pre-paid shipping label. The return shall be available for pick-up during business hours.
Pursuant to 45 C.F.R.164.504 (d), ABC Home Medical Supply, Inc., hereby designates itself and its subsidiaries; Southeast Medical, Inc., Mi-Med Supply Co., Inc., Freestate Medical Supply, Inc., and MLK Associates, Inc. to be known as "the affiliates" and from time to time, as a single covered entity, solely for the purposes of the above referenced regulations. ©2026 ABC Home Medical Supply, Inc.
