Today I have the joy of introducing you to Lacey. Lacey is a Navigator here at ABC. She is an LPN with a wealth of knowledge about healthcare systems and insurance. Lacey is one of the best listeners and problem solvers I have ever met. Below you'll get to learn a little more about her.

We asked everyone on our team a few questions:
What drew you to Navigator? I was drawn to Navigator because of my love for both talking and helping people. The Navigator role has allowed me to combine my knowledge of the medical landscape as well as my nursing background to make an impact in our customers' lives.
What are some of your favorite activities? My favorite activities are any activities that we do as a family. From boating on a beautiful day to taking evening golf cart rides.
One piece of advice you’ll never forget: "Always look at life with the glass half full."
When things get tough I…tend to make jokes. Laughter is calming and tension relieving and can be contagious. It makes me feel good to make other people laugh and smile.
