National Adaptive Sports Month 2021

Apr 12, 2021 10:54:22 AM / by Brittany Gustafson

ABC Medical is excited to celebrate the Seventh Annual National Adaptive Sports Month!

Our goal is to raise awareness for Adaptive Sports and share exciting resources with those already involved in the Adaptive Sports Community. With help from our partners and followers, we hope to reach a broader audience every year.

The past year has been an extremely challenging time for many people. The effects of the pandemic are felt within every facet of society, including sports. Many events were cancelled and leagues shut down to protect public health. Now that there are vaccines available*, it is starting to look like things will fall into place again. The beginning of a new season is almost here.

The NWBA will host the 2021 Toyota National Tournament Series this June and July. ABC Medical hopes our friends at the USQRA can begin their season on time since the 2020-2021 season could not happen. The USTA will host the Collegiate National Championships in Orlando, FL. And many more to come!

Please join us in celebrating National Adaptive Sports Month by sharing your stories with #NASM21. You can share how you adapted to the pandemic, what you are looking forward to once you can compete again, or anything related to adaptive sports that people should know about.

Stay safe and Adapt, Believe, Compete!
